Refund policy

At Kiddo Land, we prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to policies compliant with Indian laws and Google Merchant Center guidelines. Please review our general return and refund policy:

  1. Return Initiation:

    • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours (1 day) of the delivery date.

    • To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer support team via email at kiddoland.in@gmail.com  with the order number and reason for the return.

  2. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

    • Certain items, including personalized or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns. Such items will be marked clearly on the product page.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

    • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  5. Statutory Rights:

    • This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
